This Cookie Policy explains how SharpAgent OÜ uses cookies and similar technologies on sharpagent.io. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixels. They let a site remember your actions and preferences and help us understand how the site is used.
2. Cookies we use
Strictly necessary
Required for the site to function: routing, security, session state for the chat and booking flow, and remembering that you have minimised Sharpie. These cannot be disabled.
Functional
Remember preferences such as the time zone shown on the booking page, the state of the Sharpie chat, and the countdown timer shown with the audit offer (stored in your browser's session storage, not on our servers).
Payment
When you buy the full audit report, our payment processor Stripe sets cookies that are strictly necessary to run the checkout securely and prevent fraud.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
3. Third-party services
Some cookies are set by trusted providers we use to run Sharpagent, including our hosting provider, database and authentication backend, our payment processor (Stripe, which supports card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Link), and the AI services that power Sharpie and the website audit. These providers process data on our behalf, or as independent controllers for payments, under their own privacy terms.
4. Managing cookies
We currently set no analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, so there is no consent banner to manage — only strictly necessary and functional storage, plus Stripe's checkout cookies when you pay. You can clear this at any time by clearing site data in your browser, and most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site.
5. Changes
We may update this Policy as the tools we use evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
